What are the shipping options?
We offer shipping throughout NZ. If you are wanting international shipping please enquire. 
What is your turn around time?
We endeavor to get your products to you as soon as possible. However in some instances we can be held up by our suppliers. Please give at least a two week turn around for your product to be completed. We will be in contact if there is a delay.

How do I contact your business if my question isn’t answered here?
The most easiest and efficient way to contact is is through email hello@limitlesscreations.co.nz where we aim to reply back within 48 hours. Alternatively send us a message through our Facebook or Instagram pages.

What is your pricing?
Our pricing differs from piece to piece. Head to our contact page or email your logos through to us so we can work together and get the best price to you, our email address is hello@limitlesscreations.co.nz

Can I supply my own garments?
Where garments are supplied by the customer, we accept no responsibility for faults, defects, or damage that may occur during the printing process. While all care is taken, DTF printing involves heat and pressure, and results may vary depending on fabric type, garment quality, prior treatments, or manufacturer inconsistencies. In the event that a garment is damaged, misprints, or proves unsuitable for printing, we are not liable for the replacement cost of the customer’s supplied item.

If a replacement garment is required to complete the order, this will be supplied by us from our standard supplier range and charged accordingly. We cannot guarantee sourcing or matching of customer-provided brands, colours, or styles.
